Room For Improvement KPIs

1. Effective Communication Skills: Personally, I think I should work harder on my communication skills with my crew. I faced few small issues due to me not sharing all my thoughts and ideas with them. It's been the same problem with me since the beginning of last trimester and I'm working hard to improve that skill. I should talk more and never ignore any idea I hear or refuse it without discussing the details of it.

2. Time Management Abilities: For our first day of shooting, I reached late to our early meeting due to me staying up late the night before. My work is always a priority, but it is human nature when you get distracted by other entertainment stuff like a football match. I should work harder on me working on a schedule for my timings and put my thoughts together to never get distracted again and reach to the meeting spot on time.

3. Strong Work Ethics: I try giving my best on the day of shooting, I apply all the things I learnt during my time in SAE and I try to produce something I can feel proud of at the end of the day. But, I still feel that I can do more and produce more and I still didn't reach to the required level. I should not skip a single shoot or an angle just because I feel its enough of footage or I should not wait till someone suggests a certain angle for me, I should be the one proposing ideas and working on my strong ethics of the work.
