Post Production
As in peoples minds, Post production phase is the easiest between the rest of the phases. In my point of view, I agreed on that. After all the paper work, and all the hard work on set, Editing and color correction should be the less exhausting phase. Now It's all about the Editor and I, we have three weeks to export a project that should show our serious work in each second. The editor should now take notes from our script, and try to visualize it with the help of the Director. We ended up having 63 minutes of footage, but our final project should be not more than 6 minutes. In this phase, we faced a lot of issues due to footage errors and not having the confidence in them. In that case, my job should be raising up my team hopes and their self esteem and trying to motivate them so we can finish this phase the way we planned to. I arranged a meeting with the editor in which we had to talk about the footage in general, and how she should make sure she applies the requirments of visualizing a mockumantery. For the time left for our final submission, the editor is working hard on each note we discussed during the meeting. Therefore, I'm having a positive vibe and hoping the project will end up the way I imagined it will be from the first place.
