One Last Step?

During our pre production stage, our group faced a lot of issues due to lack of preparations and communication between the teammates. If the staff ever had a fight, someone needs to interfere and regroup all the members. Arguments are not something only our group faced. Arguments are a natural individual way of someone who wants to demonstrate his point of view. But turning into puzzles instead of a group, is when the other side never gets your point of view. As a director, I called for a meeting and everyone gave me a positive feedback. During that meeting, everyone left each grudge behind and had a thought about our upcoming project and what is required from each person to do in order to produce something we will be proud of. I also tried finding better ways to avoid the misunderstanding that happened and also to make up more ways to communicate between each other. After getting out of the obstacles we faced, we worked even harder than before. We are now in the last stages of pre production and going to start shooting as soon as possible. Even though most of the actors canceled because of ramadan timings, we are doing whatever it takes to continue through our preparations even if it ends up of me acting and participating more. We also created E-Flyers and called up for casting auditions and now we're organizing our location to welcome our auditioners!
